non-relationships Karen

Trish had yesterday off. We planned to go to the Perky Pam Layout, but Cathy said that they were closed: Cheri was in Griffles with Brian & Lisa was harvesting. I called Karen about 10:30 to tell her about my depersonalization the day before. We wound up going to Jack's Tacos up in the mall to visit, & then to the Dollar Store & Bi-em-Apart (which is closing) with my checkbook to stock up on diverse sundries.

Trish had her TA with Car-girl yesterday; only complaint that Jeremy had to come, too. Apparently Car-girl wants Trish to volunteer at the Boys' & Girls' Club. While Trish was gone I read with my magnifying glass a little.

Once she arrived back at the house Trish threw a fit about the crumbling walls in the basement & called Karen. She didn't calm down, so I called Karen, who said that Trish just won't listen & not to call on this again.

We listened to CDs until suppertime, when I cooked some chicken thighs. Blondie makes a convenient chicken-timer. When the DVD is over the meat is ready. After supper we just watched Britney Spears until 8:00. Trish wanted to go to bed early as I have an eye appointment this morning, so I have to cook brecchie 1/2 an hour early. I didn't get to sleep until 11:00, woke up at 6:00. I'm still on Sabbatical from writing "Relayer" & the Bike Avenger, so I'm looking forward to my time with Car-girl.
